Digital Growth Strategist

We are seeking a Digital Growth Strategist to drive our performance marketing strategy across all digital channels, building frameworks for continuous testing and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital growth strategy across Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, and other digital channels.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making through budget allocation, forecasting, and performance reporting at a leadership level.
  • Design and implement frameworks for continuous testing and optimization, from ad creatives to conversion funnels, to maximize campaign ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between campaigns and business objectives.
  • Introduce data-driven methodologies for attribution, incrementality, and lifetime value optimization to drive growth and revenue.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of scaling campaigns and driving growth.
  • Deep expertise in multi-channel paid media and advanced analytics tools, including GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Strong knowledge of CRO, attribution modeling, and growth experimentation, with a focus on maximizing campaign ROI.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams, influence stakeholders, and drive results-oriented decisions.
  • A growth mindset, combining strategic vision with hands-on problem-solving, and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
