Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Manage logistics operations, process orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods. Coordinate with clients to understand their logistics requirements.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and accurately processing client orders, maintaining proper records and updating order status regularly.
  • Using BUSY Software for order entry, inventory management, billing, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams (warehouse, transport, procurement) to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitoring delivery schedules, tracking shipments, and resolving any logistical issues that arise during transportation.
  • Preparing reports related to orders, client communication, and logistics performance metrics.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all logistics transactions, client interactions, and inventory movements.
  • Supporting periodic audits and documentation for regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics operations or client coordination roles.
  • Hands-on experience and strong working knowledge of BUSY Software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple client accounts and orders simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A customer-focused approach with a proactive attitude.
