Supply Chain Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead or support SAP implementations and enhancements in the areas of Warehouse Management (WM), Materials Management (MM), Quality Management (QM), and overall Supply Chain Management.

The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise across supply chain, procurement, inventory, quality, and logistics operations. This role is critical in supporting end-to-end process improvements across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support SAP WM/EWM ,MM, QM modules, including master data, purchasing, inventory, inspections, and warehouse processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and deliver scalable SAP solutions.
  • Develop functional specifications, support testing and validation cycles, and ensure smooth deployment.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide expert-level support for production environments.
  • Document system processes and changes, and deliver user training as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal control standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10–12 years of hands-on SAP functional experience in WM, MM (or EWM) and broader supply chain areas.
  • Strong expertise in STO processes, including the Logistic Execution part for shipments.
  • Deep knowledge of Routes, Shipping Points, and Shipping Conditions concepts in the context of STO processes.
  • Warehouse Management (WM) expertise is a must, with proven experience in configuring storage types and resolving transfer order issues.
  • Experience with Batch Management, including hands-on batch determination.
  • Exposure to 3PL integrations and operations highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage or support full lifecycle SAP implementations or significant upgrades.
  • Strong understanding of SAP integration points across logistics modules (MM–QM–WM–SD–PP).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working in regulated industries (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, etc.) is a strong plus.
