As a finance professional with Flexing-It, you will have the opportunity to work with an American multinational consumer products company.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of SAP S4 Hana, specifically in finance and supply chain modules (FI, MM, PP, SD). They should also have expertise in product costing, BOM analysis, SKU costing, and standard cost calculations. Proficiency in financial accounting processes including Accounts Payable, GRIR, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Inventory Accounting is essential.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Support the transition to S4 Hana SAP, including setup for manufacturing plants, finance, and supply chain module.
  2. Conduct testing, issue resolution, and documentation for finance-related transactions and integrations with MM, PP, and SD modules.
  3. Validate and manage end-to-end finance processes such as product costing, BOM impact, SKU costing, accounts payable, provisions, and inventory accounting.
  4. Perform transaction testing for procurement, production, inventory, and sales to ensure accurate financial postings and compliance.
  5. Monitor and analyze logistics costs (primary, secondary, and warehouse), prepare dashboards, and provide variance analysis with actionable insights.
  6. Develop dashboards for production variance forecasting, support new product costing, business case evaluations, and raise early warnings on costing or BOM issues.
Skill Requirements:
  1. Hands-on experience in SAP S4 Hana finance and supply chain modules.
  2. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  3. Ability to conduct testing, issue resolution, and process validation across integrated finance systems.
  4. Proficiency in dashboard development and variance analysis for logistics and production costs.
