Role Responsibilities- Develop detailed financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
- Track and report key financial metrics, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
- Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping and ensure accurate monthly closures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
- Prepare accurate management information systems (MIS) and financial statements.
- Monitor marketing spends and return on investment (ROI).
- Analyze costs and drive operational efficiency to improve profitability.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
- Oversee inventory finance and manage working capital effectively.
- Support financial projections, board decks, and due diligence.
- Manage investor reporting and updates.
- CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- 3–6 years of experience in finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, taxation, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, financial modeling, and MIS.
- Exposure to ERP systems and digital payment reconciliation is highly desirable.
