We are seeking a highly skilled recruitment professional to lead our hiring efforts in Ahmedabad, India.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will oversee the full-cycle of campus hiring and lateral recruitments, collaborating with directors to define requirements and identify suitable candidates. They will also be responsible for developing and overseeing new hire orientation, onboarding efforts, and employee termination processes.

Additionally, they will assist with payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience working in Human Resources, preferably in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
