Job Opportunity

A highly skilled Workforce Automation Specialist is required to drive our team forward at ITC Infotech.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement scenarios, modules, routes, and connectors in Workfront Fusion for seamless integration with enterprise systems.
  • Possess a deep understanding of Workfront API and API explorer, as well as universal connectors for REST API Oauth2.
  • Implement new features, enhancements, and system updates, and troubleshoot technical and user-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless connectivity between different systems using connectors and APIs.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Workfront Fusion and Developer/Admin role. They should be proficient in building Scenarios, Modules, Routes, Connectors etc, and possess excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve both technical and user-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront functionality and connectivity through intake, approval, planning, executing, and reporting.
  • Understanding of Adobe Workfront object types, including custom forms and approval workflows, templates, durations, work effort/planned hours.
  • Familiarity with project management including agile and waterfall, and resource management concepts.
