SAP Finance Control Consultant Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Active participation in account payable process projects, shaping the future of business operations.
  2. Analysis, design, and implementation of SAP solutions for relevant business processes, driving process improvements and efficiencies.
  3. Taking ownership of implementation projects, from gathering requirements to production release, ensuring seamless execution.
  4. Creation of documentation and presentations to showcase business value of proposed solutions, facilitating decision-making.
  5. Collaboration with other IT product teams to ensure integrated systems and processes, supporting business objectives.
  6. Preparation of functional concepts for SAP integration with other systems, promoting interoperability.
  7. Support of business operations by resolving incidents and fixing bugs and malfunctions in SAP, minimizing downtime.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in FICO, with a minimum of 4 full life cycle implementations, demonstrating expertise and knowledge.
  • Excellent collaboration and presentation skills to lead sub-projects and manage meetings, fostering effective communication.
  • Strong understanding of SAP integration technologies, including API, EDI, and Integration Suite, ensuring technical proficiency.
  • Experience working with OCR applications and bank application functionalities, including DMEE and bank reconciliation, enhancing data accuracy.
  • Deep knowledge of Controlling module, structure, objects planning, and actual process, driving informed decisions.
  • Ability to analyze complex processes impacting MAP, such as purchase return, period end activity, and GR/IR clearing, identifying areas for improvement.
