Your day at our company

The Technical Services Implementation Engineer role is an entry-level position that requires collaboration with the Technical Services Implementation Engineering team to action configurations, installations, and resolve less complex break/fix events.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops the ability to take ownership of portions of an installation, break/fix incidents, and problem management.
  • Works closely with the Implementation Engineering team to meet client requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • May be required to provide second-line telephonic support under guidance to customers during periodic telephonic duty shifts.
  • Actions less complex configurations and installations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Attends to less complex break/fix events and ensures timely resolution.
  • Performs other related tasks as required to drive business success.

Knowledge and Attributes:

  • Basic understanding and appreciation of technical design principles and best practices.
  • Ability to develop a solid grasp of fundamental project management and administration processes.
  • Demonstrates a strong learning orientation and enthusiasm for professional growth.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and client service orientation.
  • Hands-on proactive approach to achieving goals and objectives.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology or a related field, together with specialized training in new technologies and legacy systems or equivalent.

Required Experience:

  • Some work experience in a technical implementation engineering or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering results.
