  • Develop and implement effective attendance monitoring strategies to minimize deviations.
  • Establish clear communication channels with customers to resolve payroll-related queries.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of attendance reports.
  • Configure cost centers, components, and units in our payroll tool according to customer specifications.
  • Coordinating with customers to gather necessary information for payroll processing.
  • Processing payroll runs and generating reports on time.
  • Providing support to customers in understanding their payroll inputs and clarifying any ambiguities.
  • Maintaining accurate records of employee details in payslips.
  • Preparing final output reports for customers, including FNF, salary report, PT, LWF, PF, ESIC payable report.
  • Ensuring customer clearance for final output reports.
  • Verifying income tax investment declarations forms submitted by customer employees.
  • Generating data for E-Filing and FORM16.
  • Responding to customer employee queries through our helpdesk model.
  • Providing prompt solutions to customer employee payroll queries.
  • Preparing statutory registers as required and sharing with customers.
  • Generating PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF remittance reports and sharing with customers.
