Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic University Recruitment Specialist to join our team in India. The successful candidate will work closely with our In-Country Lead and International Recruitment & Admissions team to plan and execute student recruitment initiatives aimed at driving growth in India and other select markets.
The role will involve engaging with recruitment channels, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying business development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the In-Country Lead in executing recruitment strategies and delivering market plans to maximize student enrollments and revenue growth from India and other select markets.
Manage day-to-day recruitment activities and outreach initiatives, including building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders such as university placement officers, alumni, and other partners.
Provide guidance to prospective students and offer-holders on programs, entry requirements, and the application process.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth management of recruitment and admissions processes.
Support targeted digital and social media activities to enhance the university's brand visibility in India.
Collaborate on strategic planning with the team lead to meet recruitment goals.
Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sciences or Engineering, preferably with 2-3 years of experience in student recruitment or higher education.
Skills and Competencies
Strong skills in counseling and student recruitment, thorough knowledge of STEM programs, particularly at the graduate, PhD, and postdoctoral levels, and proficiency in marketing and presentation skills.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Estimated Salary: ₹600,000 - ₹900,000 per annum
