Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a University Conversion Specialist.

  • This role involves driving conversions, training counsellors, and ensuring effective case management.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for handling offer holders, guiding students, coordinating with counsellors, monitoring and reviewing team cases, preparing reports, and supporting students throughout their application journey.

About the Role:

As a University Conversion Specialist, you will be working closely with our counsellors to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality counselling and guidance to students.

You will also be responsible for monitoring and reviewing team cases related to Russell Group universities, preparing weekly reports on conversion progress, and providing regular training to counsellors.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the UK higher education market, including Russell Group universities, programs, and application requirements.
  • Experience in student counselling, preferably within a similar sector or industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and team members.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM tools.
