Job Title: US Recruiter - Civil Engineering & Architecture

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer or Architect to join our recruitment team. As a seasoned recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening top talent in the civil engineering and architecture domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates for US clients in the civil engineering/architecture domain.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings to offer coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and talent market in civil engineering and architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience in US recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of civil engineering/architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards and other channels.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Prior exposure to recruiting for multiple US states and understanding of US hiring processes.
