High-Rise Civil Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Junior Civil Engineer to play a key role in the successful execution of our high-rise developments.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of high-rise finishing works, excellent site management and coordination skills, and the ability to work under pressure and resolve challenges proactively.
Key Responsibilities:- Address and resolve on-site issues while providing exceptional support to clients.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute rectification activities with precision.
- Monitor and manage project costs, materials, and vendor/agency coordination effectively.
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards at all times.
- Support senior engineers and project managers in smooth project execution.
- Strong technical expertise in managing on-site operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Effective communication and client-handling skills.
- Hands-on experience in civil engineering projects.
- Technical proficiency in managing on-site operations.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
