Project Manager - Civil Construction Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Construction Specialist to join our team as a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of civil construction projects from conceptualization to completion. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality results.
  • Identify project requirements and develop resource plans to meet client needs.
  • Supervise site teams and subcontractors to maintain quality and progress.
  • Manage risk and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the engineering and design team.
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
  • Ensure work complies with quality standards, codes, and project specifications.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in civil construction projects (residential, commercial, infrastructure, or industrial).
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with national building codes, IS codes, and construction safety standards.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
