Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Bangalore.

  • Location: Gurgaon/ Bangalore (work from office)
  • Work hours: 10am to 7pm IST
  • Department: Lending Services

This role involves portfolio monitoring and lending across various property types including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, lodging, and healthcare.

Key Skills:

We require someone with knowledge of U.S. commercial real estate industry, experience in analyzing loan originations, third-party reports, and preparing asset summary reports.

  • Property Operating Statements: Knowledge of financial statements, rent rolls, and lease analysis
  • Credit Analysis: Ability to evaluate creditworthiness of borrowers and analyze financial data
  • Portfolio Management: Experience in managing commercial property portfolios for lenders
  • Team Player: Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering deals within committed timelines, updating trackers, and providing value-added deliverables across different processes.

  • Timely Delivery: Meet deadlines and commit to quality work
  • Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on progress
