About the Role

We are seeking a motivatedCommercial Real Estate Analystto join our investment team. The role involves financial modeling, market research, due diligence, and portfolio analysis for commercial assets across office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use sectors. This position requires candidates to work in alignment withUS time zone hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintainfinancial models(DCF, IRR, NPV, scenario analysis) for potential acquisitions and investments.
- Conductmarket and sector researchto identify commercial real estate trends, demand drivers, and competitive benchmarks.
- Assist indue diligence processesincluding lease analysis, tenant financial reviews, and asset risk assessments.
- Prepareinvestment memos, pitch books, and presentationsfor internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitorportfolio performanceand provide recommendations for value optimization.
- Tracklegal, regulatory, and compliance frameworksrelevant to CRE investments in India and international markets.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelors degree inFinance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
- 25 years of experiencein investment banking, private equity, real estate advisory, or commercial real estate analysis.
- AdvancedExcel and financial modelingskills; knowledge of Argus, CoStar, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Stronganalytical, problem-solving, and research abilities.
- Familiarity withcommercial real estate trends in India and global markets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred

- Advanced degree or certification (MBA, CFA, RICS, MSc Finance, or Real Estate specialization).
- Prior experience inreal estate private equity, asset management, or cross-border CRE transactions.
