Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for driving quality excellence across all touchpoints. You will conduct thorough audits of customer interactions to ensure alignment with our product and process standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits and provide actionable feedback to enhance training outcomes and conversion rates.
  • Analyze data and create insightful reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize our processes.
  • Participate in calibration exercises to ensure consistent scoring and feedback delivery approach.
  • Communicate the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences and drive recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Evaluate customer interactions using our product knowledge and highlight key areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and publish tactical plans for 100% closure and execute them effectively.
  • Provide real-time support as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in handling quality for outbound sales teams.
  • Understanding of audit and coaching processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge of English communication, including grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure.
  • Effective presentation, feedback, and coaching skills.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Customer orientation and customer service attitude.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and enthusiasm.
  • Interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
  • Ability to handle and analyze data to generate quantitative and qualitative analysis.
