Quality Assurance Specialist Job Description

The role of a Quality Assurance Specialist is to perform audits and assessments to ensure the quality of our services.

  • Responsibilities include monitoring and assessing the performance of associates who deal with customers, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, conducting call monitoring and providing trend data to the concerned team, preparing and analyzing internal and external quality reports for management review, and coordinating with clients on process related issues & updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • To monitor and assess the performance of associates who interact with customers.
  • To ensure that associates adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • To conduct call monitoring and provide trend data to the concerned team.
  • To prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports for management review.
  • To coordinate with clients on process-related issues and updates.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1+ year of experience in quality assurance or collections process.
  • Prior experience in 3rd Party or 1st Party Collections is preferred.
  • Must be a self-motivator and self-starter.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills are essential.
  • Vigilance in following up to ensure that developed plans addressing issues and problems have been implemented.
