Entry-Level Accountant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated entry-level accountant to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, perform data entry and maintain accurate digital financial records.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing procedures remotely.
  • Prepare basic financial reports and assist with budgeting.
  • Evaluate compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members via virtual meetings and cloud-based tools.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or in progress).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a self-starter attitude.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior internship or coursework in accounting/finance.
