Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Deputy Manager to join our team.

This role will involve providing technical support for process optimization, batch cycle time reduction, product yield improvement, capacity constraint analysis, solvent recovery and energy saving initiatives for cost reduction.

The ideal candidate will sustain business profitability by monitoring and optimizing the cost of production and minimizing losses.

This role requires focus on capacity enhancement, improvement of existing processes, batch-cycle time reduction and solvent recovery. Expertise in basic and detailed engineering activities like energy and mass balance, PFD, P&ID, equipment sizing, utility requirement, P&ID review, techno-commercial evaluation and project management is essential.

The successful candidate will introduce new technologies in consonance with latest best manufacturing practices in the industry.

Knowledge of calculation Heat and Mass balance and Utility requirement for a process is necessary.

Mapping of the product, selection of equipment and facility creation is also required.

Compilation of experimental observations and analytical results for tech transfer report is an important task.

Successful execution and validation of new processes by closely working with R&D/Production and other cross functional teams by following good manufacturing and engineering practices is key to this role.

Effective planning and timely execution of process engineering initiatives as also trial and validation of batches for existing products in coordination with R&D/Production/QA/QC/EHS etc. is required.

Conceiving various improvement schemes, process feasibility studies, as also developing techno-commercial proposals is an added responsibility.

Qualification: BE /B Tech
