Process Optimization Leader

The Process Optimization Leader plays a pivotal role in driving process engineering, safety, and sustainability initiatives across our manufacturing plants. Success in this role is defined by the effective design and optimization of process systems, seamless execution of new plant setups, and measurable improvements in operational efficiency and safety.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading risk assessments (HAZOP, LOPA) and implementing Management of Change (MOC)
  • Driving sustainability projects such as water and heat recovery
  • Ensuring enhanced process safety compliance and reduced environmental impact
  • Improving plant performance through data-driven insights, MIS reporting, and management presentations

This is a diversity-focused role that can be based at any of our locations. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical) and 10 years of experience in process engineering design, process optimization & process safety, and sustainability roles in manufacturing.

Key skills include:

  • Strong expertise in process design, Process Engineering, and Process safety assessments
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and MIS reporting tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Familiarity with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and process safety frameworks
