We are seeking a skilled Travel Experience Expert to join our team. This role involves creating bespoke travel packages for customers, handling end-to-end bookings, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Client Engagement:
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and respond to their inquiries in a consultative manner.
  • Create customized travel solutions that meet clients' preferences and needs.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities through proactive follow-ups and meaningful conversations.
  • Itinerary Planning & Customization:
  • Design and implement itineraries that cater to clients' interests, timelines, and budgets.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends and industry developments.
  • Utilize our proprietary technology platform to deliver real-time itinerary options.
  • Booking & Vendor Coordination:
  • Handle all aspects of booking, from flights to accommodations and activities.
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive rates and ensure seamless operations.
  • Customer Experience:
  • Deliver exceptional pre-trip guidance, on-trip assistance, and post-trip support.
  • Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Revenue Generation & Growth:
  • Achieve sales targets through new client acquisition and repeat business.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell premium experiences that add value for clients.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Strong knowledge of global and domestic travel destinations, packages, and pricing trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and manage vendor relationships.
Tech Savvy
  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms and CRM tools.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology systems.
Language Proficiency
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
