Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Test Lead (Automation Tester, JCAT with Telecom) to join our team.

Role Overview:

The Test Lead will be responsible for leading automation testing efforts, developing test automation frameworks, and ensuring high-quality test deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead automation testing efforts, including planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality test results.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs, ensuring that testing is integrated into the overall product development lifecycle.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in test automation.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on test automation best practices and tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve test automation strategies and techniques.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in test automation, with a strong background in JCAT test automation framework development.
  • Proven expertise in Java programming language, with experience in software development and OO design.
  • Proficiency in Linux operating system and strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in end-to-end, performance, robustness, stability, or security testing.
  • Knowledge of telecommunication domain and solid understanding of data structure and algorithm design.
