Artificial Intelligence Engineer in Drug Discovery

We are seeking an expert in artificial intelligence to lead the development of our AI-driven drug discovery engine. This cutting-edge technology combines structural predictions, generative molecular design, and reinforcement learning agents to navigate the vast possibilities in small-molecule chemical space.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and deep learning architectures, with expertise in protein-ligand structure prediction, de novo molecular generation, and multi-objective optimization. They will partner closely with our Ligand Design & Pose Prediction Lead to integrate chemical and biological expertise into the model pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement deep learning architectures for protein-ligand structure prediction and de novo molecular generation.
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models that ensure our AI agents produce compounds that are potent, novel, and biologically relevant.
  • Collaborate with our team to integrate chemical and biological expertise into the model pipeline.

Requirements:

  • PhD in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in machine learning and deep learning research or industry.
  • Strong background in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Familiarity with popular deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
