Artificial Intelligence Scientist - Compound Design Expert

We are seeking an innovative and skilled Artificial Intelligence Scientist to join our team in developing cutting-edge AI solutions for compound design.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying machine learning models that can generate novel compounds with desired properties. This role requires a deep understanding of artificial intelligence, molecular biology, and computational chemistry.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement deep learning architectures for:

">

Pocket-conditioned molecular generation (e.g., generative models, graph neural networks).

">

Protein-ligand pose prediction (diffusion models, 3D transformers).

">

Multi-objective reinforcement learning for compound optimization (potency, ADMET, novelty).

">

Integrate multi-modal biological context into generative and scoring models.

">

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into the development pipeline.

">

Requirements:

">

Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Molecular Biology, or related field.

">

2+ years of hands-on experience in AI model development, preferably in a scientific or molecular domain.

Strong expertise in generative modeling, reinforcement learning, and geometric deep learning.

">

Experience with 3D geometric deep learning for molecular structures (SE(3)-equivariant architectures).

">

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.

Experience with handling large datasets and integrating AI solutions into existing infrastructure.
