Conversational AI Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Conversational AI Engineer to join our team. As a Conversational AI Engineer, you will be responsible for building and optimizing conversational flows in various platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement conversational flows that meet business requirements.
  • Integrate conversational AI with external platforms via APIs and webhooks.
  • Debug and test conversational flows to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Document workflows and provide best practices for scalable agent builds.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to deliver client-ready solutions.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in conversational AI, automation, or related fields.
  • Proven expertise with conversational flow creation.
  • Experience with workflow automation tools like Make.com and n8n.
  • Strong knowledge of webhooks, JSON, HTTP requests, APIs, and integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Evidence of completed projects showing real conversational flows.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Fluent English communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience integrating with CRMs, booking platforms, or call management systems.
  • Familiarity with other AI platforms for a broader perspective.
