
Business Growth Manager

As a key business partner, you will be responsible for managing and growing the defined circle.
Here are some of the key responsibilities:
- Monitor collections against receivables and aging of receivables on a regular basis.
- Provide timely updates to your manager on the status of amounts due, current status, and action plans for recovery.
- Plan and execute visits to all clients within the circle, building strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure timely and comprehensive collection of dues.
- Collaborate with internal finance teams to ensure accurate reconciliation of payments against invoices raised, resolving collections-related issues through credit/debit notes as needed.
- 100% collection ownership as per monthly target.
- DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and aging of outstanding.
- Identify and escalate any issues that may impact timely collection of dues.
- Internal customer onboarding for support required in terms of timely collections.
- Adherence to Collection Process and Escalation Matrix.
- Timely resolution of collections-related issues, ensuring resolution of issues through credit note/debit note is completed within 180 days of billing.
- Circle account management for MNO and ISP at N-1 level.
- ZBM relationship management/BSNL SSA level mapping.
- Driving customer satisfaction across MNO teams.
- Sales and revenue target achievement for anchor/colo for respective accounts.
- Sales funnel generation.
- Customer DPR reporting.
- Internal reporting-account wise.
- Validation of customer inputs in SR, SO, RFAI for ER.
- Reconciliation with customer and coordination with ER.
- Accurate reporting of outstanding and billing disputes.
- Mitigation and resolution of billing disputes in a timely manner.
- Strong customer relationships and business engagements.
- Daily/weekly interactions with operator execution teams at circles.
- Drive C-SAT process at circles and own continuous improvement plan internally externally.
- Manage issues raised by OPCOs that impact new business and collections.
- Create customer delight across external stakeholders.
- Monthly market share analysis and reporting.
- Order win/loss analysis.
- Engagement with operator teams for emerging requirements and business trends.
Graduate degree or equivalent.
Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/collection's role.
Skills:Product acumen, key account management, sales reporting and measurement, analytical and technical skills, competitor intelligence, knowledge of IT tools.
