Job Opportunity

A successful professional will lead cross-functional teams in planning and executing programs, ensuring effective communication and reporting of status and metrics to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience as a project manager or product engineer, with demonstrable experience in large-scale program implementations where multiple applications are involved.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Ensure consistent planning, integration, and meeting of project commitments across teams.
  • Communication: Drive effective communication and reporting of status and metrics to stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Support risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between teams, Product Managers, and stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience as a project manager or product engineer.
  • Demonstratable experience in large-scale program implementations where multiple applications are involved.
  • Agile project delivery with a strong focus on results.

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience managing projects using Agile methodologies.
  • 5+ years in complex matrix organizations.
  • Certification in areas of expertise.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other experts and teams.
  • Results orientation and sense of urgency.
