Job Description

As a seasoned Performance and Automation Test Lead, you will spearhead the implementation of automation and performance testing best practices and strategies. This pivotal role is responsible for designing and executing performance test plans to assess system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness using appropriate performance testing tools.

  • Lead QA teams in implementing automation and performance testing methodologies, mentoring and guiding them to achieve excellence.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance test plans to evaluate system capacity, dependability, and responsiveness, utilizing industry-standard performance testing tools.
  • Monitor and report key QA metrics, including test coverage, defect trends, and overall quality indicators, providing actionable insights to drive improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sprints, contributing actively to Agile methodologies.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in at least one programming language, such as C#, Java, or Python, and demonstrate hands-on proficiency in Selenium with C# or Java. Familiarity with tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar for test execution and monitoring is essential. Additionally, strong stakeholder communication, team leadership, and conflict resolution skills are crucial for success in this role.

While banking domain experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
