
Sales Business Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales & Partnerships Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to website, Instagram, and WhatsApp sales queries with exceptional customer service skills.
- Manage abandoned carts through personalized follow-ups and offers to maximize revenue growth.
- Support the customer journey from browsing to buying and repeat purchases by providing an exceptional shopping experience.
- Identify and pitch our brand to multi-brand stores, boutiques, and gifting platforms to expand our retail network.
- Onboard new stockists, including pricing sheets, lookbooks, and samples, to ensure a seamless partnership experience.
- Maintain strong relations with partners to secure re-orders and drive long-term business growth.
- Track sales performance across products and collections to inform data-driven decisions.
- Report weekly on sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor benchmarks to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales pushes and drive business growth.
- Represent our brand at pop-ups, exhibitions, and PR activations to build brand awareness.
- Collect leads and convert them into sales opportunities to drive business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Comfortable working with numbers, including sales targets and reporting, to drive business growth.
- A social, approachable, and customer-first mindset to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Organized and proactive follow-ups to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Experience in fashion or lifestyle retail is an added advantage.
- Monthly revenue targets achieved (D2C + B2B).
- The number of new stockists/partnerships onboarded.
- Conversion rate improvement from inquiries to orders.
- Customer retention and repeat purchases.
