Establish a dynamic role as an Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Specialist, contributing to the development of revolutionary-yield financial products in a fintech organization based in Arizona, USA.

The position is part-time remote and offers excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in the USA.

Experience required: 3-6 years

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy sophisticated AI/ML models for complex financial services applications.
  • Collaborate with Large Language Models (LLMs) to implement innovative solutions for automation, analysis, and decision-making.
  • Design, build, and train scalable machine learning models using Python and other relevant frameworks.
  • Leverage cutting-edge AI/ML tools, frameworks, and architectures to drive experimentation and production systems.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions that meet compliance, accuracy, and performance benchmarks.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient programming skills in Python.
  • Machine Learning Frameworks: Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
  • Large Language Models: Familiarity with OpenAI, HuggingFace, LangChain, or similar.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as an AI/ML Engineer or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in generative AI applications for finance.
  • Understanding of R and statistical modeling.
  • Knowledge of MLOps tools for deployment and monitoring.
