Lead AI and Machine Learning Innovator

Take the lead in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that push the boundaries of innovation and efficiency. We are seeking a highly skilled senior AI/ML engineer with extensive experience in Langchain, NLP, RAG-based systems, Prompt Engineering, Agentic Systems, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS). As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to build solutions that address real-world problems and drive business results.

Job Description

As a Lead AI and Machine Learning Innovator, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing AI-driven solutions using advanced frameworks and technologies, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Developing and optimizing Langchain agents, chains, memories, parsers, document loaders, Gen AI models, and NLP models for specific use cases.
  • Experimenting with different machine learning models to find the best solution for each problem.
  • Communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate has 4-6 years of experience in software development, particularly in AI/ML-based projects. You should have expertise in Python and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, as well as a strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning. Experience in building and deploying AI-powered applications at scale is also essential.

Requirements
  • Overall 4-6 years of experience in software development, particularly in AI/ML-based projects.
  • Expertise in Python and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning.
  • Experience in building and deploying AI-powered applications at scale.
