Artificial Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking an expert in AI development with a strong background in Python. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent AI agents from scratch without relying on third-party libraries or platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement AI models and machine learning algorithms using native tools.
  2. Create custom data pipelines and interaction logic for decision-making processes.
  3. Develop efficient and well-documented Python code for AI and ML model development.
  4. Train and evaluate models for NLP, decision trees, reinforcement learning, and agent-based systems.
  5. Integrate AI components with existing systems and APIs.
  6. Optimize models and systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Required Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development using Python.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, NLP, and reinforcement learning principles.
  • Proven expertise in building AI systems or agents without relying on third-party orchestration libraries.
  • Excellent coding skills in Python, including OOP, data structures, and design patterns.
  • Solid experience in algorithm development, statistical modeling, and model evaluation.
