Job Title: Federal Contracts Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to provide compliance, reporting, and administrative support for U.S. federal government contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Review & Compliance
  • Assist in reviewing federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments to ensure timely compliance with applicable FAR/DFARS clauses.
  • Identify and summarize relevant compliance obligations, including subcontractor due diligence and required flow-down clauses.
  • Support the preparation of compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain organized contract repositories and document management systems.
  • Audit & Monitoring Support
  • Assist with internal reviews and external audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA) to ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Proposal & Pre-Award Support
  • Review solicitations (RFPs/RFQs) for relevant FAR/DFARS clauses and prepare compliance matrices and checklists for proposal teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in contracts, compliance, or coordinating with legal teams on contract terms, clauses, and risk.
  • Strong understanding of FAR, DFARS, and U.S. federal contracting principles.
  • Familiarity with compliance areas (EEO, Service Contract Act, export controls, cybersecurity requirements).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
