As a Customer Care Executive-Inbound Sales, you will be responsible for managing incoming phone calls, identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction, and providing accurate information by using the right methods/tools.

The Role

  • Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Proven customer care experience in any International BPO or experience as a Travel Sales Representative.

The Requirements

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The Benefits

  • Up to 4 lacs in a month (average incentive 10 k to 50k in a month) apart from salary.
  • Salary: 20K to 30K.
  • Training: 30 days paid training.
