About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Technical Design Manager with expertise in dry type or cast resin transformers. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the design and engineering team, overseeing transformer design projects and ensuring compliance with international standards and client specifications.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to connect design execution with business outcomes. They will also possess advanced knowledge of transformer design, power systems engineering, and digital design tools.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the design team for dry type/CRT transformer projects.
  • Drive the strategic leadership and oversight of all electrical and mechanical design functions within the Technical Office.
  • Ensure technical excellence, process standardization, and alignment with organizational goals for transformer product development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree of Engineering.
  • 10-12 years of proven design experience in dry type or cast resin transformers.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft office, AutoCAD 2D.
