Electrical Services Leader

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the MEP design and electrical services within our organization. Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and approving design documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
- Managing resources to meet project deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Preparing and reviewing reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
This role requires a strong background in MEP design, real estate development, and electrical services. The ideal candidate will have at least 9-12 years of experience and proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant software.
