Product Management and Analysis
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled product management professional to oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept development to successful launch. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.
- Prioritization & Trade-offs: Skillfully manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, business impact, performance, and post-launch support.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure the timely and high-quality release of products and enhancements.
- Performance Analysis: Continuously analyze product performance and recommend redesigns or enhancements as needed to improve outcomes.
- Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in product management and analysis.
- Agile Methodology: Proven experience working with Agile methodologies and using project management tools like JIRA or other product management software.
- Design Tools: Hands-on experience with wireframing, prototyping, and flowcharting tools such as Figma or Vision.
- APIs: A strong working knowledge of APIs and relevant tools like Postman.
- Data Analytics: Hands-on experience with tracking platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Facebook Pixel.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations are also essential.
A proactive, prudent, and creative approach to work with effective organization and time-management skills is crucial for success in this role.
