Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Marketing:
    • Design and implement effective recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent.
    • Promote job opportunities through multiple channels, ensuring maximum visibility.
  • Candidate Management:
    • Oversee the end-to-end candidate assessment process, including resume screening, skills testing, and interviewing.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure seamless interview scheduling and communication.
  • Client Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Understand clients' hiring needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions.
    • Coordinate interviews, maintaining open communication between candidates and clients.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    • Stay informed about the latest developments and trends within the IT industry.
    • Apply industry knowledge to guide recruitment strategies and decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, focusing on IT positions.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and specific skills required for various roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling the handling of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Familiarity with major job portals such as LinkedIn and Indeed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Recruiter.
