Job Title: Teradata DataStage DeveloperAbout the Role:

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Teradata DataStage Developer. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and developing ETL jobs using IBM DataStage.

The successful applicant will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL jobs using IBM DataStage. They will also be expected to write optimized SQL queries (Teradata) for data extraction, transformation, and validation.

Beyond technical skills, we are seeking someone who can collaborate with data analysts and business users to implement integration solutions. This includes performing manual and automated data validation and reconciliation, conducting root cause analysis for data discrepancies and ETL failures, and monitoring ETL jobs and managing dependencies via Job Sequencers or Airflow.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the chosen candidate will be expected to develop reusable DataStage job components and follow data modeling best practices. They will also need to document workflows, mappings, and data dictionaries.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
