Creative Producer Role

Job Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Creative Producer to evaluate story ideas for potential as interactive stories and lead idea generation for social media posts related to stories.

The ideal candidate will assist authors in resolving issues with story structure, pacing, and quality, ensuring consistency with themes like Romance, Drama, and Mystery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate story ideas for potential as interactive stories.
  • Lead idea generation for social media posts related to stories.
  • Assist authors in resolving issues with story structure, pacing, and quality.
  • Generate story ideas and write story plots and dialogues.
  • Create processes for the writers pipeline.
  • Develop guidance documents for new writers.
  • Oversee narrative options within stories.
  • Track writer progress and resolve problems proactively.

Requirements:

  • Expert-level written and spoken English and impeccable grammar.
  • Exposure to global markets, understanding what works internationally.
  • Experience leading, writing, and collaborating with a team of writers.
  • Mastery of storytelling basics.
  • Strong understanding of branching narrative style of writing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task under deadlines.
  • On-the-fly problem-solving ability and creativity on demand.

Background and Experience:

  • Graduate with expert-level written and spoken English and impeccable grammar.
  • Experience playing mobile games regularly and passion for interactive storytelling.
