Creative Story Producer

We're seeking a creative and skilled storyteller to join our team as a Story Producer. This role will be responsible for crafting engaging stories and overseeing their development from concept to completion.
- Develop compelling story ideas and pitches that resonate with audiences.
- Collaborate with authors and writers to refine story structures, pacing, and quality.
- Ensure consistency in themes, tone, and style across multiple projects.
- Generate story plots, dialogues, and character arcs that captivate readers.
- Manage the writing pipeline, including editing and proofreading processes.
- Conduct research on competitors and industry trends to inform storytelling decisions.
For this role, we're looking for individuals with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You should have experience leading teams, collaborating with writers, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. A strong understanding of storytelling principles, narrative structure, and character development is essential. You'll also need excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Expert-level written and spoken English, with impeccable grammar.
- Experience working in the interactive storytelling or gaming industry.
- Strong knowledge of narrative techniques, such as branching narratives and choice-based storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
