The COVID-19 pandemic has further exacerbated this issue.

In many professional settings, these offerings are lacking or fragmented, resulting in a disconnected experience for employees. This is where we come in – a one-stop solution for all employee health benefits needs.

We help companies build customized wellness solutions focused on primary care aspects such as fitness, mental health, doctor teleconsultation, and OPD programs. By reducing out-of-pocket expenses and creating healthier workforces, we're changing the face of employee health and wellness.

As part of our high-energy team, you'll have a direct impact on tooling/development cycles/testing frameworks. You'll collaborate with a talented group of professionals who share your passion for innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Process data and information according to guidelines.
  • Develop reports and analyses.
  • Support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
  • Evaluate changes and updates to source production systems.
  • Develop data pipelines to support data standardization.
  • Handle multiple sources of data, structure large data sets to find usable information, and develop standardized schema.
  • Visualize data using graphs, infographics, data dumps, cohorts, heat maps, clusters, and other methods.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of databases such as MySQL and NoSQL.
  • Proficiency in Python and Microsoft Excel.
  • Reporting and data visualization skills using software like Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Understanding of data warehousing and ETL techniques.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.
  • Understanding of addressing and metadata standards.
