Job Title: Ad Strategist + Media Buyer

Job Description:

We are hiring a performance marketing expert to join our team. As an Ad Strategist + Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta & Google.

You'll work closely with the creative and strategy team to deliver impactful results for our clients in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities include planning and executing end-to-end paid campaigns (Meta + Google), building TOF/MOF/BOF funnel strategies aligned with client goals, executing audience segmentation, monitoring KPIs (CPL, CTR, ROAS, CPA, CAC) and optimizing daily.

You will also collaborate with the design/copy team for ad creatives & angles, manage budgets, A/B tests, and campaign scaling, prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights & actions, and ensure proper pixel setup, event tracking, GTM, and attribution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads
  • Proven track record of delivering high-ROAS campaigns
  • Strong understanding of funnels, retargeting, and campaign scaling
  • Proficiency with Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Familiarity with GA4, UTM tracking, and CRM integrations
  • Skilled in Google Sheets, reporting dashboards, and data analysis
  • Strong copy/creative sense: hooks, CTAs, ad formats
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and performance-driven
