Job Title: AI Assurance Lead

The role of an AI Assurance Lead involves leading a team in ensuring the quality and performance of artificial intelligence models.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Experience in testing different types of AI models, including supervised and unsupervised learning, is required.
  • Data Quality Assurance:
    • Expertise in assessing and ensuring the quality of training data for AI models is crucial.
    • Familiarity with data preprocessing and cleaning techniques to enhance model performance is necessary.
  • Automation and Tooling:
    • Strong skills in developing automation scripts using Open-source tools for AI applications are required.
    • Familiarity with specialized AI testing tools and frameworks is necessary.
  • Performance and Scalability Testing:
    • Experience in assessing and optimizing the performance and scalability of AI models is essential.
    • Ability to simulate various scenarios to evaluate AI model behavior under different conditions is required.
  • Ethical AI Practices:
    • Knowledge of ethical considerations in AI and the ability to implement testing practices that align with responsible AI principles is necessary.
  • Collaboration:
    • Effective collaboration with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams is required.
