Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Interior Site Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role that requires the ability to manage onsite activities, ensure quality control, coordinate with structural engineers and civil engineers, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • Manage onsite activities for commercial interior projects ensuring timely completion and high standards in project execution.
  • Coordinate with structural engineers and civil engineers to resolve onsite challenges and ensure smooth project progression.
  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders including project managers, architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project timelines are met and budgets are managed efficiently.

Key Qualifications:

  • Onsite experience in managing construction and interior design projects preferably in a commercial setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders including project teams, clients, and contractors.
  • Strong quality control skills and attention to detail to ensure high standards in project execution.
  • Knowledge of structural engineering principles and ability to work with civil engineers to resolve onsite challenges.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
