As a Senior Interior Designer (Design Manager), you will lead and manage our design studio to develop creative, functional, and high-quality interior solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to create innovative and effective designs.
- Manage the end-to-end design process from concept development to final execution.
- Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and vendors for seamless execution.
- Communicate design intent clearly to clients and handle client presentations.
- Stay updated with latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
- Mentor junior designers to build a strong design culture within the company.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in interior design, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
- Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Proven portfolio of executed residential and/or commercial interior projects.
- Strong project management, leadership, and client communication skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
