Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Road Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed road designs and layouts, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop road networks, including highways, urban roads, and other infrastructure projects.
  • Create detailed cross-sections, signage, and markings, as well as manage civil design data in Civil3D and ProjectWise environments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in road design and infrastructure project management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in CAD design, particularly in AutoCAD and MicroStation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Basic understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and its applications in infrastructure projects.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results.
