Job Title:

Invoicing Specialist

\

This role is an exciting opportunity to leverage your invoicing expertise and contribute to the financial accuracy of our operations.

\Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Preparation and Submission\
  • Prepare accurate and timely invoices for customers\
  • Enter invoices into customer invoicing websites\
  • Submit invoices by electronic data interchange\
  • Invoice Verification and Quality Control\
  • Verify each field on the invoices before submission\
  • E nsure all supporting documents and backups are in place and attached to invoices\
  • Collaboration and Communication\
  • Work closely with payroll & invoicing team and accelerate the invoice submission process\
  • Send out statements of accounts to customers\
  • Reconcile self-billed cases with customer-approved timesheets, any mismatch in billing/payment to be sorted and ensure AR hygiene\
  • Handle invoice rejections and credit/rebills
\Requirements:
  • Minimum two years of relevant experience in invoicing\
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills\
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, V-lookup, Pivot Table)\
  • Good analytical and process knowledge\
  • Good accounting knowledge
